Singapore receives second A380

Fantastic news. Funny how already it seems as though the novelty has worn off as there wasn’t any fan-fare even though this is still exciting stuff – more A380’s getting delivered. I’m very much looking forward to the 3rd SQ A380 for the LHR route and the first A380’s for EK and QF.

My Mum popped home at Xmas and stopped off in Sydney to see her sister on the way home. Taking a long shot I asked her (in terms she would understand) to get a photo of “a massive plane with two rows of windows – with ‘Singapore’ titles.” I was shocked (and pleased) when she came home with several pictures of the damn thing!

All on schedule for the 3rd delivery and start of the LHR service, late February then…;)
