Sir Peter Masefield died yesterday, aged 91. A fairly important figure in British aviation, I’d say, so thought it worth a mention on this board.

A sad loss, but, as is said, “he had a good innings”. A life fully led.

I presume Masefield House at Gatwick is called after him?
