Site tip: The Airchive

Hello friends,

While searching for Pan Am-related sites today I found the following:

The Airchive – “The webseum of commercial aviation”

It contains images of timetables, brochures and other memorabilia from airlines and manufacturers all over the globe (mostly US though) as well a whole section on planespotting with photos from airports and various cabins. It also has a section devoted to retired airliners with great photos from graveyards and museums.

All in all a great site made by someone who seems to be a true enthusiast and historian. Wonder how I’ve managed to miss this one, it’s just what I’ve been searching for!
