RE: SIZE MATTER’S?
Thanks. And sorry for not identifying better. The little one flying the top stack position is not an An-12, rather the new An-140, ar at least that’s what they were calling it the week of MAKS-01.

RE: SIZE MATTER’S?
Try to undersize the pictures with the Microsoft “Photo Editor”. I had the same problem, and I solved the problem with that software!!

>the MIG 29?
Naaaaah!!! not really, just to test the a/c, because the chief of the Air Force went to Russia about a year ago, and he made an appoinment to display the a/c to the staff of the Air Force in Venezuela past December!!
But it was a productive visit to me (and my camera!!!)

I’ve seen the An-124, that’s bloody big, I’ve been in a C-5B it’s bloody noisy, but this thing is both! Sounds Fun!!! 🙂

RE: SIZE MATTER’S?
I made these pictures on Dec. 2001, when the russian team of Mig, came to Venezuela to display their Mig’s 29 to the Venezuelan Air Force, it’s a very impresive a/c, but the An225 is AMAZING!!!!!
Enjoy it!!

The AN 225 is unbelievably huge!! How many wheels !!??
I came within 30ft of an AN 124 as it took off over my head at Newcastle! Talk about noise!

RE: SIZE MATTER’S?
I’ve gone inside a C-5 Galaxy, and that’s pretty damn big! I went inside the cargo hold, flight deck, even the crew rest quarters. Very impressive.

RE: SIZE MATTER’S?
Great pics! I’ve not been lucky enough to get close to an aircraft of that size but last summer in the Dominican Republic, there was an Antonov 124 which was absolutely huge – fantastic pics once again!
