And the Beeb bought the image didn’t they? If you watch landlocked TV for more than one break between programmes you’ll see these poxy ‘moonkeez’ trying to convert you to digital and then ripping their heads off to reveal themselves as z-list celebrities. Try it – you’ll be bored to tears.

And the Beeb also got that bloody monkeys mate too! Johnny Vegas was in the advert that got slated for implying that he lived in a fridge on a diet of cheese…:rolleyes:

the stuffed monkey was ITV digital’s ‘thingy’ until it when bust, then the stupid monkeys flooded the market as ITV tried desperately to make enough money to pay off its debters.:rolleyes:

u can just get a digibox for like £50 and watch loads of channels for free. shy news is part of that.

You are both correct, HOWEVER I have been paying a subscription to SKY and after conversion with the lads at work I now understand that I can dump SKY and go FREEVIEW and get most of what I watch now and only pay £5 a month plus the cost of the box, THATS IF I WANT TO.
Summers coming so I may just not bother. Might just take in some Airshows.
