Skyraider scale drawings?

Does anyone know where I might be able to get some? Or have any?

After seeing Flight of the Intruder again, I fancy the idea of building a PSS “Sandy” for lobbing off the hills of Viet-Scotland…. :diablo:

I can’t vouch for their accuracy, but there are some drawings here and here

This isn’t much really – but for a start you could have a look at Wikipedia.
They show three views of dubious quality – and accuracy it seems at a glance.
Perhaps suitably adjusted by reference to the many photos they include it might be sufficient.

All my books seem to be types of WW2 – too early o course.

Daren, there’s a plan in the Traplet catalogue which you could adapt

https://shop.traplet.com/product.aspx?c=418

They also do a canopy and cowling for this plan which will make life a little easier for you.

Cheers for that, Robbo. I’ll maybe take a look at those.

I did check out the Wiki page on the Skyraider, but thought I’d get some better material from fellow forumites.

Thanks for those links, FM, I’ve saved the zip files for reference….

I found this article on a similar theme:

PSS Skyraider

Nice looking model. I was thinking of doing mine completely out of balsa, as I’ve not worked with fibreglass….
