Hi all,
please don’t be confused about the picture label. The source (I cannot remeber it) said the aircraft is a Bloch MB 170. We surely know this aircraft looks completely different. But it can probably be of French origin. The outline reminds a bit to a one-seater conversion of Miles M.18, but the latter does not show this underwing structure.
If you know this type, please tell it. Thank you for every answer!
Regards, RT

Hi MM,
thanks once more! Well, this is the way to trick simple-minded people like me.
Now, how to store this? In secretprojects, they say it was derived from the Bloch MB 80/81, and there is no MB 82 to be found…
So please tell nobody else that I shall store it as MB 82…!
Thanks again, and regards,
RT

Hi RT,
It seems that the Bloch MB-170 designation was used not just for the bomber according to a discussion on the website below. You have to be a member to see all the pics. The magazine clipping (in French) refers to an MB.170 two-seater, with one Renault 4pei engine, built in 1936 but which never flew. Events of the time overtook it and the project was abandoned with the MB.170 designation then being used for the bomber. It’s confusing to have two very different aircraft with the same designation!
