Slingsby Swallow Pilot's Notes

Hi guys

I’m looking for a copy of the Pilot’s Notes and General Data for the Slingsby T45 Swallow. A scanned version or photocopy would be fine.

cheers

Richard, somebody offers you the smaller type I’ll do you a swap as I am still looking for one!

WB981, if I get one offered I’d be happy to do the swap. I’m good with either version.

If you have any suggestions where to locate either I’d be happy to start tracking one down?

Best,

Richard

Slingsby Swallow Canopy

I sure do have pilots notes for the T.45. I’m still looking for the small bubble type canopy as used by the Air Cadet Swallows.

Hi,

This is a little off subject…. but I’m also looking for a Slingsby Swallow canopy.

This is to replace one that was destroyed.

Would like the larger canopy for a later version Swallow but would happy with a smaller early model one also…. do you know where I can get one or have any information on one.

Please contact me at rroth1000@yahoo.com

Thank you,

Richard

Dave

Have you tried the Vintage Glider page on Facebook, Both Al Stacey and Peter Hardman the VGC Archivist look at it most days. I must admit i’ve never heard of pilots notes for a Swallow. But then i don’t do gliders after the 1940’s

Hi Dave,

Have you tried Al Stacey’s bookshelf yet? He has a Swallow with the vintage glider collection at the air cadets I believe.
