smart phones/handheld computers

Sort of 2 questions here, I know probably most of you have cell phones which have text messageing and web access. And Im sure also many of you use handeld computers (PDAs). These are really two converging technolgys where cell phones are going to handle alot of data access and PDAs are going to be doing most of their communication wirelessly instead of sincing with PCs, so were going to end up with PDA/cellphones. Palm has already jumped the gun with their PDA/cellphones, but I dont think they offer much over what text messaging cell phones can do now. The WinCE (windows pocketpc OS) look to be coming on strong by fully integrating cell phone wireless into the OS. Their OS and faster processors (up to 200mhz, 400-600mhz ready to be released soon) are able to handle full HTML web content on the web (although you only view a small portion of the page on the small screens). Palm is said to be working on using faster processors and may catch or surpase WinCE as its a more efficient OS made to work on a slower processor. So I guess what Im asking is what kind of wireless data do you do over cell networks (including hooking laptops to cellphones), and if your only into PDAs, what kind do you use, and what do you use it for. Id especially like here from anyone who uses psion PDAs as Ive heard there stable and handle alot of high level funcionality.
