I have recently purchased a Smiths Fuel Gauge, which I suspect is off a large WWII aircraft.
The code on the makers plate is 1641FG. The dial is scaled up to 490 gallons and in red there are the ‘Tail Down’ markings.
Does anyone have any idea what Aircraft this is out of

I have it listed as being used in the Bristol Freighter.
