smiths tachometer identity help

Hello

Would any forum member know in which aircraft types a smiths tachometer indicator ser no MT867 might have been used. It has a square face with a smaller inner dial covering the hundreds rpm I assume. Code PW 1503K1D/BU/1

Many thanks

Whilst I am not sure of the facts I have two illustrations for 6A/2801 Tacho Ind Mk 10A, one is part number (i.e. Smiths Code) KTS0409K and the other 114RV the latter evidently having a different design bezel and unified screw threads.

According to my document for a Canberra – AP101B-0402-1 Sect 5 chap 2 Group E (Engine instruments). The Tachometer indicator is 6A/2801 (and designated a MK10A). The generator is 6A/2237 and designated a MK8.

Thank you anyway – at least I know what the PW stands for – any aircraft type would do – I wonder if I could reverse the enquiry and check what the Canberra, Lightning, Vampire etc used

Code number, in other words the Smiths part number is PW/1503KTD/BU/1 ( the PW indicating dial numbers are “plain white”). Not that I know what airframe type they were utilised on, sorry.
