Sola airshow, Stavanger 10 to 11-06-2017

On Friday 09 June I went to the Sola air show in the Stavanger region of Norway from Heathrow on a British airways flight for a weekend two day air show and returning home on the Monday afternoon on the 12th.

I purchased tickets for both days of the show but in the end on the second day I chose to take pictures from outside the airport.

On Monday after the show, I took a few through the window from the Clarion Hotel Air hotel where I was staying just ten minutes walk from the terminal but a big 4 mile round walk to the other side of the airfield where the show ground enclosure.

I will be going back for their next show in two years time for another enjoyable visit.
