Somalia / Somaliland

I know that Somali Air Force is non-existant since the early 1990s. After the UN intervention and the following redrawal of the international troops, the country fell into anarchy and was split up into several fractions.
Apparently in the part named “Somaliland” there seems to be something like a stable government with even own Armed Forces. Does anyone have information if their “Army” operates any aircraft or helicopters? I could imagine they have some Mi-8 or so?
