Thought I’d share these with you guys, they are from a digital aviation site, but they look like they were actually taken during the war.
Beaufighters attacking a ship, the Med 1944
F4U Corsairs, the Pacific 1944
Beaufighters peeling away. Italy 1944
Corsairs, the Marshall Islands 1944
Corsairs over Lombok, 1945
Crashed TBM Avenger, PNG 1999

I think the Corsair pics look about the best. The Beaufighters are too obviously models and either v.poor CGI or superimposed on a photograph. whoever did them needs to try harder to fool anyone.

i’d say they look ridiculously daft to be honest. they shoudn’t fool the eye for a second.

If we were to chose an aircraft and a scene could you create it for us, Ja?
I didn’t make the pics sadly 🙁

Looks very similar to TFC’s machine before she was repainted as well.

The Corsiar over The Marshall Islands it absolutely identical to the one over Lombok. Very amusing. Very eye-catching though.
Nice try.

Great photos, but its perfectly obvious that they are carefully staged photos of models, and not the real thing! Nice try!! 😉
