Some pics of my Swiss trip!

Well they arrived yesturday, i tried to post them last night, but i had some difficulty. Here’s a Selection. The quality of them isn’t too bad!

1.Our Aircraft to ZRH from MAN, HB-JAO just landed @ ZRH
2. IB MD 87 on stand at ZRH
3. A Swiss A320 arrived from LHR
4. A BA A320 also arrived from LHR, only a few minutes behind the Swiss!
5. One aircraft i really wanted to see, just as i was about to board, two came at once! Yes its a SWR A343! This one is HB-JMC
6. Take off from 16, and a view accros the apron. Very Quiet compared to the Gate E peir!
7. An overwiew of Kloten whilst on the departure. For some reason we were the only one to use 16, as all the others used 28
8. Landed back at a unusually sunny and hot MAN! HB-JAM was our equipment home.

So there u go!
Comments? :p

Nice! Fantastic there are still planes around wearing the Crossair colours!

There are still a couple of Crossair liveried ERJ’s about, and the Saab2000 fleet I think only one is currently in full Swiss colours, with 2 still in the old blue and red splashes along the fuselage colours scheme (in fact, I saw one of them when I landed at Basel on Sunday).

WD, i absoulutley love the ERJ’s now, i loved sitting in seat A on the way back, as i was sitting in F there. Leg room was a bother too me, as i had to keep my bag under the seat, so i had to strech my legs out into the aisle, and allways look out incase someone was walking down it so they didn’t trip over 😀
I’m the opposite to clostrophobia, i love small spaces, so being so cramped inside it was great hehe.

So the ERJ is now my fave RJ!

Glad you liked the flight. 🙂

I really wanted to see a SWR A343, cos i got the SWR A343 DVD, and HB-JMC was the a/c on the return leg from Bangkok
And yes i did enjoy my trip, infact i’d been looking forwad to it for quite a while!
So thats the end of my flying, for this year probs, 11 flight in all and personally spent a total of £230 for them, as the family paid for the Swiss flights lol

Nice selction of shots there. I saw HB-JMC in a completely different part of the world, Singapore. Was quite pleased when our QF jet pulled up next to it!

Nice pics, do you have a trip report as well?
With all respect, I would never fly Swiss, because they come out of Swissair who killed Sabena.
