Wonderful images Glen, I especially like the aerial view of the static park. It’s full of airframes I would just love to come and see…I must do a southern hemisphere tour soon.

As long as you can keep the aircraft in the frame, you should be right 🙂 fast shutter speed and you remove any camera shake issues.
Thanks mate… 🙂

I’m sorry, I thought you were being serious.
Cheers
I am…..because I never taken pictures of fast aircraft before so I though it would be hard.

Fast Planes are easier. Can use a faster shutter speed. The Props are the harder ones.

How do you take photos of fast moving planes?

And some from the airshow prior

Australia should host more airshows.

Hi Kiwi, it is the Avalon airshow, this is the only international airshow we have. And that is a C17 globalmaster a very impressive aircraft when you see it taking off and landing, huge but quite agile for its size.
By: philgatwick05 - 30th December 2005 at 22:31
Is that 1 a C17-Globemaster?

Brilliant. I do like seeing Airshow Pictures, although these are the first I’ve stumbled across on these forums.

Nice composition on that F-15 photo, too. Was this at Avalon, or one of the other Aussie shows?
