Sorry but…..

Has anyone seen an up to date estimated line up of what we can expect to see at Flying Legends this year? I know some of our favourite forumites will wish to consign me to the fiery pit or something for having the audacity to raise this subject and if so then they’re welcome. I onlyasked because there doesn’t seem to be much info about so far. I may be lucky enough to get to Old Warden as well this year which will be a bonus.

I hope you manage to get the bike sorted in time. It’s always a good show regardless of what’s there.

I don’t care what is there hopefully [ as long as i can sort me new Bike out ]this will be my first Visit to Duxford for an airshow.
I have visited DX twice before once in 1978 and again in the early 90’s whilst on holiday.
Can’t wait!!:D 🙂

I quite agree. This year I’ll have my youngest son with me as usual plus my 1yr old grandson and hopefully we’ll be bring my granddaughter along next year as well when she’ll be 1 yr old also. We have to start them young before they get all sorts of silly ideas in their heads (especially the women)

A list isnt normally out until a few weeks before the event. As we have seen this weekend, vintage aircraft are unpredictable, hence no list with 2 months to go.Can’t wait, FL is the one definite event I go to each year, I dont care if people do whinge that they get bored of seeing “the same stuff”. I’m incredibly thankfull to Mr Grey and Friends for consistently putting on a damn good show. The anticipation of whats going to be there is half the fun!!!! Just my point of view of course…

I haven’t been to RIAT for a few years now as I feel it is getting too big and expensive plus their idea of themed shows does nothing except show how many anoraks there are. After all one Hercules is the same as another apart from different colour schemes and national markings, how many of those would you want to look at in a day? Might have to try again next year though as I’m suffering withdrawal symptoms due to being starved of low flying parafin burners.
