Yes, was still there a couple of weeks back. Coords. are 594324.14 m E 7093251.01 m S. Used to be called Vic’s Viking Garage (might well still be?) – and had a Vickers Viking on top when I first arrived here in the 1980’s, which was traded to SAA in exchange for the present SAAF Shackleton.

They still run up 1722, on a monthly basis. The next run is on the 30th August.

Is their still a SAAF Shackleton on the roof of a petrol station in Johannesburg ?
If so does anybody have an address, street name ?

No idea if its still there, but put “19 1st Ave, Soweto 2013, South Africa” into Google maps for its location in December 2010, or the link below might help:
