With the opening of the new easyJet base, Southend has seen the a level of passenger flights not experienced for very many years. There are 2 based aircraft at the moment, with a third one starting next month. Here are a selection of my favourite shots over the last week.

Great to see Southend coming back to life, it deserves better that it’s recent history.
Yes…a few Golden Viscounts and the odd Carvair or half dozen would be nice:D
