Soviet Hurricane in Moscow

If anyone is interested….. I took another visit to the excellent Zadorozhny museum in Moscow recently.

The resident Hawker Hurricane – which was in RAF markings when I last visited in 2009 – has now aquired Soviet markings…..

Look like Dowty bomber blades which take a larger spinner.

To my eyes there’s something not quite right about the propeller. Possibly a Russian prop – can any of the experts out there throw some light on it?

Maybe a chinese copy of a Revell built prop.
