The real one i think is the one on the left with the blue paint job that is consistent with rescue subs of PLAN, the one on the hoist is only a training model…

Those small subs look more like a DSRV, meant to rescue sub crews.

Looks like theyve beaten the boys at DARPA to getting a hull in the water!!!
Below is the US ‘Loki’ littoral ‘sub-fighter’ concept artwork – quite the thing to chop the props off them nasty little mudhole-lurking SSKs. 😀
The project above however is said to be a private enterprise,
hence the SpaceshipOne metaphor given here. A monetary award however was said
to be attached, although the amount is unknown at this time.
