Saw this on an auction site and have been trying to find its origins. Seems odd to me it has a switch installed but no textured coating. I first thought it might be a home made job but the stampings make me think it’s other.
Any thoughts?

Thanks everyone. I managed to find original examples via google. Told the seller and he promptly bumped the price up.
Don’t like his chances of a sale now.

It is not a popular grip. Not seen one fitted to a current flying Harvard, probably cos too ugly! Still not sure why I bought one for the collection!

It looks to have been cast from an original. The finish doesn’t look good enough to fly.

Yep the Harvard Fugly grip. Not sure why I have one ion the collection but I do!……it has a ribbed knobbler covering (lol). I will photo what it should look like tonight
