Perhaps we will never know if our suggestions were helpful to first-time poster petermientjes.
Admittedly, some suggestions were less helpful than others .

Suffolk Iron Foundry, Stowmarket – I guess in wartime, mowers weren’t considered a strategic necessity… well, not until Agent Orange, anyway.

Atco – not entirely crazy — the ErnLake jack in my Bedford MWR was made by the people who made Suffolk Punch lawnmowers and I have found other parts made by Qualcast during its restoration

Definitely not Atco, propstrike – logo looked more like this at the time: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atco_(British_mower_company)
(yes, I know you were being silly!)

Jahco Aircraft Starter Motor End Cover or Gearbox End Cover ??
JACK & HEINTZ JH-1967
Probably from an American Aircraft – the company manufactured many components during the war inc starters, gearboxes, hand cranks and DG’s.
