Is anyone close to ‘597 at all??
A mate in South Africa has asked me the following:
“There is a little inscription on the tip of BM597’s prop….do you know what it is…
Secondly…there is also an inscription on the very top of BM597’s black/white oxygen bottle covered by the securing straps, would you know what it is…it seems to be a code of sorts..”
Unfortunately,Dux. is a six hour round trip for me,so I wonder if any one closer can shed some
light on the above for my mate.
Cheers

Nice shot!
What was she at Oban for? I saw that she went there on Facebook, but no other info.

It appears to be the Bottle part number, 6D/somethingorother (ahem). I looked for the number on a bottle in my garage, but to no avail!

Its a Rotol company badge rivetted to the tip of the spinner.
Thanks Steve.I didn’t think of the tip of the spinner when he said “prop”.
