Spitfire brackets ID

Okay, so strictly speaking they are not brackets but can anyone ID this pair please? There is a partial part number: 30027 1×33. The x could be a 3, 5 or maybe a 9. A friend has suggested they may fit on the lower longerons at the point where the radiator shutter shaft goes. It does look like they may mount a bearing housing.

I am a bit rusty these days Elliott!

It looks as if these are leftovers from a project, which might point to brackets for operational equipment no longer needed. I’ve a sneaking suspicion I’ve seen them before, but its too long ago!
