Spitfire crash recovery – Goole, Yorks – Help

I’m trying to find out some details about a Spitfire which was
recovered a few years ago from Blacktoft sands near Goole in East
Yorkshire. I am originally from Goole, and my son is currently doing
various projects about WW2 at school. My father-in-law still lives in
Goole, and was there at the time of the crash of this Spitfire – he has
told my son about it and I recalled the salvage of the wreck being
documented in a local newspaper a few years ago. My son would very much
like to obtain some more information about this aircraft, but I’ve been
unable to find any for him. So I thought you might know where I can
obtain some more information?
