Spitfire Flypast 14/09/03

Does anyone know the identity of the Spitfire which flew rather low over the Military Odyssey Show at Detling Kent on Sunday?
If it was unplanned it certainly took the Waffen SS troops by surprise (shame it wasn’t a Typhoon!!!).

I went to the show on Saturday when the air support was a Yak 52. This had black/white chequered cowling so did a good impression of a Thunderbolt head-on. Difficult to get a picture due to the number of trees.

maybe it was HAC SpitVb BM597 taking a detour after the North Weald BofB weekend?
