Spitfire in a Garage

Have just seen a small snippet at 7.58 this morning on BBC LOOK NORTH.

On a lady looking for a bigger place for her SPITFIRE.

Showing fueslarge and tail section by the side (XT-D)

Looks like a early mark spitfire, Is it being rebuilt to fly as It looked to be in excellent condition (crystal clear cockipt windows, condition etc?)
