Spitfire Mk I Drawing Numbers

Can anyone help identify, exactly, two Spitfire Mk I drawing sheet numbers?

Both are in the fuselage (30027) group and are 33 and 79 respectively.

What were Sheets 33 or 79 drawings of? I only need to know what they were – I don’t need the actual drawings!

If you ever get stuck for any other identitifying Spitfire numbers let me know we have a very comprehensive library of drawings I think nearly as much as most of the Companies building flyers.

Also a lot on other WW2 types (not german sorry).

Mike

Thank you very much indeed!

It was just to identify a data plate (or where it came from) that was recovered many years ago from a Mk I Spitfire.

Grateful for your help – thanks again.

Hi Andy 30027 sht 33 is a GA of a Fin Rib and 30027 sht 79 is for a stiffener in the way of access to tail Parachute.

The latter is a very unusual and interesting little drawing. Have both is you ever need to have a look at them

hope it helps
