Hello Guys.
I came across a article on the recovery of a MK1 Spit of the coast of Calais a few years back. It was hoped to restore it to flight? Any news on this??

Hi Peter,
There have been two Mk.I Spitfires recovered from French beaches, N3200 and P9374.
N3200 is currently in storage in Essex
P9374 is with Historic Flying at Duxford for a full rebuild to airworthy status
Hope this helps,
