Spitfire over Billericay

Just got home and was treated to a low and slow fly over from a Spitfire.
It took me so by suprise that I didn’t get a chance work out whose it was.
Was Peter Teichman’s PRII out today?

Lucky dogs,,, i havent seen a spit fly in yrs. Not so common on the east coast of the USA. I think the last spit i saw fly was MT818 back when JF owned her. All i see over here is bloody Mustangs!

So no one out there knows whose Spitfire it was flying over Billericay today?

PL965 has recently had the engine refitted and unless she has already been repainted pr blue but without the invasion stripes as was the plan she would have been in natural metal finish.I haven’t spoken to Pete recently but guess as over Billericay/Hanningfield area most likely was his Spit.
