If you are not concerned with originality; you could always try Shapeways… a Dutch-founded, New York-based 3D printing marketplace and service, startup company. Users design and upload 3D printable files, and Shapeways prints the objects. We had a Compass Card Correction Holder printed by them for the princely sum of £9 including shipping. Other than the fact that it is formed from black nylon plastic… (see pic)…you really can’t tell the difference from a proper 6A/387 item, (which runs to at least 4x the price.)

There is a replica throttle on ebay, not cheap though but probably expensive to have made.

Hi firebex,
Good to hear your fit and well now.. have you tried Malcolm Goosey, have heard he does replica spitfire parts also Rocketeer makes replica instruments.
I did see not so long ago someone selling replica U/C indicators on Evil Bay.
My friend in the Midlands may have some spitfire items you require, PM me for his details however I don’t know what he will have spare exactly, have attached some pics of the replica spitfire labels he has.

That looks like the magic of 3D printing, Old Spitty. I’m looking forward to playing with one in a few weeks. Did try to laser cut a UC indicator for my panel project but found a real one so rather lost interest. Glad to hear you’re healthy, Firebex. I do a good trim gauge face and I think you’ve seen my labels on that ebay.
