For those of you that do like the Spitfire, you’ll be pleased to know that Mk.IXe TA805/G-PMNF carried out a successful second flight at Duxford today, of about 40 minutes. The first was on the 7th December for those of you that missed the previous thread. It is expected that further test flying will follow and maybe one of you that uses digital (some of us still like film) will get some pictures up. 🙂

Excellent, I saw and heard a IX (that wasn’t green) and assumed it was ML407.

Spitfire Test flight
