Hope that somebody can solve a mystery for me on this spit now in New Zealand? Im going through several old spotters logs to collate a movements list for Blackbushe 1947-60 as part of a book im writing. I have come across a entry that TB252 was recorded at Blackbushe at a unknown date in 1957. I think it was at Odiham during this period but was not airworthy? Any ideas if this entry is correct and it was airworthy then?

Thanks Mark I had guessed that it was on the Odiham gate by then. Obviously a mix up in the logs I have been supplied.

TB252 was allotted to RAF Odiham in September 1955 as ‘Ground Instructional static’ as gate guardian, moving to RAF Acklington in September 1959.
RAF Odiham is just 6 miles or so from Blackbushe, then a civil airfield.
