Not so much as a “need” to know but since reading many of the threads relating to rebuild/restoration projects to spitfires and of course the brilliant book on P9374, I am just curious to how much survived to become incorporated, plus having family ties with Malta I am alway’s interested in any Maltese history.

You can/could change it yourself … I think … 😮
Yes; just go to User Control Panel, then ‘edit your details’.

Just been on VMI’s website and all mention of EP122 has now disapeared, does this mean it will now be built as a stealth spitfire? :D:D:D:D

Can anybody say or show how much of the original aircraft is left and will be used in the rebuild is it being kept under wraps for the time being.
Must say that the pictures of EE602 on VMI engineering website are very good, how long doe’s it take for a fuselage to be built?

Hi oldgit, on average we take about 12 months to put a fuselage together.This does depend on various factors though ! ie lenght of contract, money & available labour. Usually lenght of contract dictates the other two !!
