Anyone know any airlines (UK based ideally) that do a sponsorship scheme for graduates, for non-pilots? I’m doing Aviation Management at BSC (not pilot pathway as it’s an extra £30,000!). All I can find is information on sponsorships for those becoming airline pilots but nothing management based etc.
Cheers, Rob

I’m going to be in the same position as you because I’m starting a degree in Aviation Management and Operations on wednesday.
Afterwards I hope to eventually get a career in management of an airline or airport.
I know that British Airways have a graduate training scheme. Have a look here: http://www.britishairwaysjobs.com/baweb1/?newms=info37

I hasten to start this reply by saying I don’t know for sure, but…
I was in the restaurant at the Compass Centre (LHR) the other day and two suits at my table were talking about when they started with the company as graduate trainees. Neither were older than about the 30 mark so can’t have started with the company that long ago. I guess dropping a line to BA may be worth a try.
Good luck.
