Apologies for this thread if one already exists…, but I have just arranged to go to LTN for a visit to do some spotting and to try out my new camera, but as I have never been before, can anyone recommend any decent spotting sites to go to where I am not going to get into trouble for using my camera…?
If LTN is a bad choice for spotting/photography, can anyone suggest an alternative (apart from LHR – I get so bored there!)…?

I’ll try and take a few for you all but LCY is a ****** to get to from my house – so close yet so far – i mean i live incredibly close but there is a bludy river in the way; additionally in the winter the cloud is very low and runway 28 is generally used for arrivals 🙁 , having thought this whenever it rains 10 is used 🙂
Ok wozza if you do get to LCY (Home of VLM) and get some shots that will be so cool.

How can you get bored at LHR 😮 LHR has to be one of the best place for spotting I would like to some pictures from LCY (but I think Wozza will have to do that one) what about STN would you visit there at all.
