Spy satellites – how many nations in asia posses them?

while this might not be aviation per se, it could come into the overal gamut of aerial weapons and recon. It seems next only to the US and Russia, the Indians have the spy satellite that can detect any moving vehicle. images are not of the finest quality but if ISRO is to be believed then the resolution is improving that can be of vital importance in any conflict.

so what other nations have spy satellites in asia? China? Israel?
