There is shortly going to be a barbecue raid on the cabin cruisers forum, when burnt meat-stuffs, tea, coffee, cake, and maybe even ginger beer will be dispensed to all and sundry in an effort to bring good cheer to those poor begotten sods who’d watch wing’ed buses in their time of need.
We need to know how many to cater for so if you could leave your names below then we shall see if it is a viable proposition.
But, very importantly, DON’T TELL THEM! Surprise is everything!;)

Yeah, count me in for the Bus Board Barbecue! It should be fun, and if it doesn’t work i can always try to convert some of the Old Guard airliner-ballast-people over to the Dark Side.I can bring a few pints of beer for myself, can’t I? At least that’s the size real men’s airlines like Kenya Airways hand out.
You’re welcome Arthur and bring enough beer for all of us.
I thought Kenya Airways food was awful when I flew with them last month.

I can’t believe you two were still here 3 hours after I went to bed.

Great! But keep reading the booklet, you’ll always find that they have included bits that shortcut what you are used to doing the hardway… Backlight control, for example. Get used to shoving 1½-2 stops over exposure in and they go and invent a programme which does it for you…
Have fun with it and learn its little quirks!

Depends if you like mixing diluted orange cordial with your vodka…
Forgot to mention that is sold only from chiller cabinets so that it gives the impression that it is good for you – like fresh orange juice. And it might be loaded with sugar (can’t be bothered to look), and the turning kids orange probably didn’t help their livers, either.
It is a bit of a swizz in the same way that that Coke bottled tap-water is – you really think you have payed for prime goods but instead have been swindled…

They should sell that in the Netherlands. It will sell really well for matches with the national football team. Choosing between 2 hours in make-up to get orange or drinking something is an easy choice. Can it be mixed with Vodka?

Hmm.
Sunny Delight is an American imported idea – sell pre-diluted cordial loaded with additives and colouring and convince parents that it was as good as, if not better than, real fruit juice.

It lost much of its market and is struggling to come back.
Squash is, for some reason, another name for a water cordial.

What’s a sunny delight? (do I even want to know what it is?)
Also, what’s Orange Squash? A game of tennis played in a office cubicle with an orange ball?
By: Flood - 18th April 2004 at 00:20
Maybe thats the problem! Cut out his Sunny Delight ration!:D:D:D

and liquor….
…but only in very tiny bottles as that’s all the commercial aviation lads are used too. No wonder so many “bottles” are used aboard airliners.
