St Budeaux Rest Camp ~ WWI era

Can anyone please point me to any information regarding an AIF Rest Camp at St Budeaux that operated either during or from the end of WWI. Looking at my grandfather’s service records I note he (and I daresay many others) went to this place in December 1918 and subsequently shipped back to Australia.

Googling I have found similar comments from service records eg. here and I note there is a town named St Budeaux in Devon, England which may have been the location of this camp.

Any information regarding this facility and pointers to websites and/or books would be much appreciated.
