Standards for lightening holes

I am looking for the standards used in Vickers Supermarine for the flanged lightening holes in Spitfire airframe sheet metal parts. Can anyone help, please?

Edges must be polished first to prevent cracking…the flare is a slight curve and only about a quarter inch high.Make sure the dies don,t leave any marks that will create stress raisers.
