Stealth obsolete?

I’m new so please bear with me / not certain if this is the right forum…
Given that F/A 22 / F 35, B2, F117 need accurate 3 dimensional routing as well as stealth to survive on a modern battlefield, does not LPI sam radars make these assets much more vulnerable? For instance moving around shoot and scoot sam systems which stealth aircraft Rwrs and ESms won’t detect easily must make flying over one so to speak much more likely… Harm shots would also be complicated right?
