It was nice to meet Patty again, just would have been nicer under different circumstances.
I heard at lunchtime that the chippie had been polished to a high sheen, by the OW cleaning ladies. Credit where credit due I say, so well done to the three Mrs Mops.
I have it taped if anyone wants to see it, drop me a PM !!!!

I’m still impressed by his ‘thirty bob’ Chinese tailor and what he can do with old aprons.
You’d think a self-made man would have avoided being taken to the cleaners by that tailor. 🙂

Patty is currently at 35,000 feet over Canada (or somewhere).
He and his lovely family flew out this lunchtime.
He says a big thank you to all those he saw on his holiday and who took him places and those who made him so welcome again at Old Warden.
You all know who you are.
I’m still impressed by his ‘thirty bob’ Chinese tailor and what he can do with old aprons.
He’s racing at Reno next month (Steve that is, not his tailor) so I’ll report back as I get results.
It’s team Patterson’s first year racing unlimited in the races so I’ll be the first to wish him luck on the forum.
