It was a very borign evening at STN traffic wsie, but I made the most of it to pull off some photos with my new equipment. I can’t say how happy I am to be using it. STN is an appauling airport for photographic opurtunities, but this equipment has opened up a lot which would otherwise be useless.
I’m still editing a few, but here’s one to keep you waiting 😀

Hi Dan,
on my last visit to STN TF-JXB was operating to and from KEF – then it was still operating in full JetX c/s, looks like those stickers aren’t gonna be lasting long!
Cracking shots bud!

Managed to overlook these two! Sorry again….not another FR or EZY  I wouldn’t upload them if it wasn’t for the new found angles. The traffic is looking much better for this afternoon, shall be heading up when the cloud clears.

Could they be to guide the tug in ready for hook up?

Thanks very much everyone, I’m so happy I invested in it already! Just gotta couple of edits from yesterday to keep you happy. I was having trouble with the Germanwings. It was about sunset, and what was left of the sun was behind a cloud. Has been almost impossible to brighten it up enough without ruining it.
I should have some more photos today, not sure if it’ll be STN again or possibly LHR.

And anyone have an idea what the two ‘prongs’ sticking out from the front of this MD-11 nose gear do?
