The diameter of the Storm Shadow has been forever quoted as 0.48m but looking at this picture of it relative to a JSOW (330mm) and KEPD 350 (1080mm), it’s pretty evident it’s nearer 0.7m.
Additionally this brings a problem. MBDA state range at 250+km (ho-ho-ho) and the RAF at 300+nm.

No I think both these figures are BS. let’s see why.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomahawk_(missile)
Tomahawk
Weight – 1300kg
Length – 5.56m (sans booster)
Diameter – 0.52m
Warhead – 454kg (1,000lb)
Volume – 1.181m^3
Range – 1,700km
Storm Shadow
Weight – 1300kg
Length – 5.1m
Diameter – 0.7m
Height (body) 0.5m
Warhead – 450kg
Volume – 1.785m^3
Range – 250km(?)
Now either the engine in Storm Shadow is like 10 times less fuel efficient or the range figure is ballocks (RAF and MBDA playing games again).
