Stranded Flybe E145 at MAN last night?

I was at MAN yesterday evening taking a few pics and just as I was about to leave at about 6:30pm a Flybe Embraer which was on a taxiway apparently holding for a 23L departure appeared to shut his engines down, although it looked like the APU was still running. At around the same time, a Helvetic Fokker went around, but I don’t know if that was coincidental.

He was still sat there 20 minutes later, other planes were arriving and departing and no ground vehicles approached him.

Annoyingly I didn’t have my radio with me, I don’t suppose anyone knows what was going on?

Thanks,
Ian

Ah right, that makes sense. I should have thought of that!

Thanks,

Possibly may have missed his slot time and had to wait for the next one. A Monarch A320 did the say a few weeks ago, sat at the side of 23L for about 20 min before he departed.
