From Piotr Butowski’s “Lotnictwo Wojskowe Rosji” (1996)- it seems to be a single pod incorporating SPS-161 Geran ECM and SPO-32 Pastel RWR. Maybe a Polish speaker can confirm what it says. The APK-9 pod is behind.
Reminds me of the MM400 recce pod thing, only smaller.
