strange white dots

hi everyone,
has any body seen any very small white dots flying in the sky,travelling against the wind,flashing or dimming,and/or observed in high power binoculars.any ideas what these may be,(barring weather balloons,satellites);seemingly very high altitude,in clear blue daytime skies ?
