Stress-busting

How do you relax when it All Gets Too Much ? For me it’s reading How to be Topp whilst listening to Snow Patrol.Serious stress needs the addition of a big black coffee and a bag of Revels. It works like a charm every time. What works for you ?

Yes, but I’m not telling you how on here. The mods will have me shot, drawn, quartered, fed into the intake of a Trip7.

I go down to my Wine Cellar and sample some of my latest purchase whilst doing a rotation or inventory…always works for me …and usually by the end of the day i’m doing the panty dance and on top of the World again!!!

I used to run, looooooooong runs, but my knees are now shot.
So I throw next doors cat into orbit.

OK, I leave the cat, but a pint of tea with a sleeve of Jaffa cakes (Why are there only 12!!) followed by a ciggy get me sorted.

Or sex, it heals everything.

Either a trip down to Heathrow or even a trip down to my dads (he lives near heathrow) helps me.
Also sometimes just going to sit by one of my local lakes helps me to de-stress. Or sometimes just going flying and building up some hours!

A large hammer (or other heavy object) and an enormous bottle of vodka usually do the trick.

Only joking! I don’t really have a specific way of getting rid of stress. Whinge for a few minutes and do something productive like practice bass or take photos usually! That said, I tend not to get ‘stressed’ as such. Things annoy me occasionally, but I’m not often genuinely stressed.
