Su-15 or J-8II ??

I came across this photo under the Su-15 page on http://www.fas.org. This is the strangest thing because I could almost swear it is not an Su-15, but a Chinese J-8II Finback. The missiles almost look more like the PL-7 or R.550 Magic. They don’t look like anything the Flagon ever carried. Anyone care to take an educated guess as to what this picture is of. I think it has got to be a J-8II, but I could be wrong.
